Sydney Tango Salon Festival 2012 Registrations
Terms & Conditions

Procedures:

Registration Requests are made via online request form and will be processed and availability advised to your nominated contact, with invoice detailing payment options.
Bookings made prior to the earlybird1 cut-off date of 15 August 2012 will be secured with deposit of 30% of total amount, with balance payment due by Wednesday 12 September 2012. Registration will be finalized on receipt of full payment.
Bookings made after earlybird cut-off date of 15 August 2012 will require payment in full on receipt of confirmation. Bookings will not be held if full payment is not made within 5 days of confirmation.
As we attempt to balance the gender in all workshops, individual booking requests will be matched with first suitable dance partner available. To avoid disappointment, we suggest you register with a partner.
Registration documents will be available at venue of your first enrolled workshop or milonga.

Amendments to Bookings:

No charge will be made for the first workshop change. Subsequent changes will incur an administration fee of $25 per change per person.
We reserve the right to make changes to the scheduled workshops for reasons beyond our control. Festival participants will be permitted to substitute another workshop if desired, where space is available.

Refund Policy:

Cancellations made prior to 31 August 2012 will incur an administration fee of $25.
Cancellations made 01 September - 9 September 2012 will incur an administration fee of $50
Cancellations made 10 September – 19 September 2012 will incur an administration fee of $75.
No refunds after 19 September 2012. 50% refund may be available where workshop spaces can be filled with alternative participants.

Milonga Table Reservations

Reservations can only be accepted with full list of individual names in the group and provided all persons on the list are paid participants for the Festival. Table reservations will be accepted up to and including Monday 17 September 2012 subject to preceding condition.

NOTE: We would ask that attendees at ALL Milongas refrain from taking videos of performances. Professional videos of full performances will be made and posted on Youtube after the Festival.
